Visual storytelling plays an essential role in my children’s books and creative projects. Choosing to collaborate with illustrator James Parisi, whose work adds emotional depth, movement, and imagination, came naturally.

After studying at the Accademia delle Belle Arti in Naples, Italy, James explored several mediums before discovering his true passion in childrens illustrations and character design. His work explores the movement, atmosphere, and the small details that shape how children understand the world and that make a story come to life. Drawing inspiration from everyday life, nature, and with children in mind, his style balances traditional art methods with modern fantasy to create worlds readers of all ages cannot wait to explore.

Together, we approach storytelling as a dialogue between image and text. Illustration is not decoration, but an invitation for readers to discover meaning through what they see as well as what they read.
